First responders
You’re already answering the call—and now you want to stay ready.
Whether you’re pulling hose, walking a beat, running trauma calls, or working night shifts, you know this job doesn’t get easier. The demands are physical, mental, and relentless—and no one prepares you for what it takes to sustain this career.
The First Responder track is built specifically for the realities of the job. We offer short, high-impact training sessions (based on tactical strength & conditioning), shift-adaptable fitness cycles, mobility for gear wearers, and performance recovery strategies to keep you strong without burnout.
This track also includes:
Microdosed fitness programming for shift life
Seasonal wildland fire prep cycles
Mental resilience & stress recovery practices
Injury prevention & functional movement drills
Firehouse/group workouts (optional)
Access to special guest coaching from experienced responders
Whether you’re a career firefighter, a rookie officer, a medic in the field, or part of a small mountain volunteer department—we’ve got your six.
